Delivering products
Deliveries are made through a express courier or PrioriPost, service of the Romanian Post. As a general rule, orders for which products are in stock and order are confirmed by phone with our operator by 14 o'clock, they are shipped on the same day or after a maximum of 21 days if the products are not in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays, or on holidays of any kind, will be shipped on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time by express courier in Bucharest and national is 24 hours from the date of shipment, but being a service provided by another company this delivery time can not be guaranteed by us. Delivery costs are calculated dynamically depending on the weight of the package that will contain your order. To see the exact value, simply add the desired products to your shopping cart.
The estimated delivery time for PrioriPost is 48 to 72 hours. The package will be shipped the next business day after receiving the order. This will generally be picked up by you from the post office because the post will usually delivers door-to-door only small packages. The Romanian Post Office's work system is hard to specify and that's why you will need to pick it up from the post office your address belongs to.
The minimum shipping cost varies depending on the chosen courier:
Fan Courier, DPD Romania - 23 lei
Romanian Post - Prioripost - 25 lei
Shipping costs start at a minimum value for the first kg of packaged product, are calculated dynamically according to the total weight of the package, and include handling, packaging and actual shipping costs. The costs are the same for any locality in Romania - it does not depend on the number of kilometers (if they are covered by that courier as the distribution area), it depends only on the final weight of the package.
Please note: if the delivery city is located in an area where express couriers calculate extra kilometers to receive the order, you will have to pay the difference between the normal shipping / free shipping cost and the actual delivery cost. You will be notified by our Customer Service by phone about the actual value before shipment to have your explicit agreement. Without this agreement the package will not be shipped. Alternatively, you can choose to ship with PrioriPost, which has a very wide delivery range,but is slower and requires you to pick up the parcel from your post office.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and actual shipping costs. We recommend that you group the products you want in one order. If you place more than one order, it will be shipped separately and you will have to pay more shipping charges for each package.
On the day of the expedition, you will be notified by email and by SMS about the fact that we ship the products, and a shipping code is provided through which you can find out at any time the location where the package arrived.
You can get free shipping when the total order value exceeds 300 lei (VAT included).
If the package was shipped to you and was not picked up from the courier or post office, the cash on delivery payment option will be deactivated. You will still be able to order, but you will have to pay by card, bank transfer or PayPal (Euro).
The courier will make two delivery attempts in two consecutive business days. If you are unable to pick up the package in these two days, you will need to pick up the order from the courier's office. There are no door-to-door deliveries on Saturdays or legal holidays.
Deliveries can be made on the territory of Romania or in any of the EU member countries. Sorry, but do not ship outside of this area. In Romania, you can opt for delivery through a express courier - DPD Romania, Fan Courier or GLS Romania.

Confidentiality of deliveries
Order Confidentiality is the law for us ; Packages are packaged and labeled so that nothing indicates the content or the store that sent it.
Return products
You have the legal right to return the purchased product or products if you notify us in writing within 14 business days of the date you received the order. In order for products to be returned, they must be in the original packaging - UNOPENED - and obviously not used. Compliance with product hygiene is very important to us.
You will be contacted by an operator by phone to determine the details of the return operation. Do not send products unless you have our prior acceptance. If the products are received and are intact, the money will be returned to your account / card within 30 calendar days of the return receipt. Return costs fall exclusively on your charge.
Warranty products
The sold products have a 12-month warranty. You have two calendar months from the date of delivery to signal nonconformities or defects. This request can only be made by email. Exceptions to the general guarantee make inflatable products where the 12-month warranty applies only to the valve that controls the pressure maintenance or the connector tube, because we can not knowingly know if the product was forced or swollen without swelling or not.
For the rest of the products, we require that within 14 calendar days we ship a new product in place of the non-compliance. The products sold are not repaired.
To request a warranty for a product, please send the defective product together with the original invoice for the discovery. If it is confirmed that the product does not have its normal features, it will proceed to its replacement without shipping costs. The shipping costs for the initial finding of the defective claim fall into your charge.
